We always look for ways to impove our dinnerware and our forms. The main reasons are to improve functionality, consistency and durability.

Our new forms are made on the potter's wheel with a technique called jiggering. All of the round forms are produced that way. 

This technique allows us to have rounder lips and be more consistent in sizes. It also allowed us to introduce a small foot under our plates and bowls. Our dinnerware is still handmade and there will always be differences from one to another created by the maker's hand.
