CHOOSE CLAY
Grey Clay
This is our foundational clay and glaze combinations, available in the largest assortment of shapes. Most of the restaurants we are supplying prefer this clay because of its durability and elegance.
Creme Clay
This is the lightest colour clay in our studio. It a very smooth and friendly to the touch clay with a few speckles. Because of how light the colour is the glazes tend to be brighter in this clay.
Toasted Speckled Clay
Our Toasted Speckled clay is slightly darker than the Creme clay and has more speckles. The clay also has grog—pre-fired, ground pottery that’s mixed into clay—which is a bit rougher in our
Dark Clay
Our Dark Clay is a smooth durable option of stoneware clay with a similar touch to our Creme Clay. We leave this clay unglazed even on our cups and mugs because we love the warmth and the way it feels to the touch.
